Who has an ebay account, 50+ feedback, and paypal account and wants to make $50?

I smell a rat...I just loged onto EBay and had no problem listing an item fort sale and my feedback is under 50.
Whats the real story here?

Did you read the requirements per ebay?

Obviously not.

You can list anything you want, BUT your AUCTION will be YANKED in a short time because you do not meet the requirements.

Maybe you should check my 100% feedback.

Then maybe you should check ebay's new policies.
