prhino- Good observation. I've seen this before but not this blatant. This is so obvious. Those five or ten seconds add up to a lot less plays in the game. I have noticed this before in Mississippi State home games over the past five years or so. It's something to remember and keep an eye on. It's a nice edge on total betting before the game but when the clock is literally running during the commercials, it's a really big edge for halftime and/or in-running betting.
Will the NCAA do anything about it? Of course not. But if a local bakery gave each of the players a pumpkin pie after the game, the NCAA would have a dozen agents there opening up an investigation.
