been a long time. Texas Western in 1966. UNLV won it in 1990 but they are probably considered mid-major rather than small.

Still alive in mine. Still like the Hoosiers to cut down the nets although the Ville looks unstoppable.

I only do 1 bracket every year. I don't like filling out multiple brackets because I like to put my everything into one and let the chips fall where they may.
