was that even a Super Walmart...I can't believe those old school Walmarts are still even in existence. I didn't think they were til I came down to FL and see them all over. Thought they got rid of all them ghetto ones and replaced with new SuperWalmarts. Probably accounts for many peoples bad feelings (they're ghetto or white trash) about them...get out to a superwalmart...plenty of room in the aisles, plenty of deals on food and your bathroom shit. Save bundles.

i dont know...seemed super to me.:103631605

The one by me is a ghetto one. Doesn't have a meat counter, unless you consider Slim Jims.

When you visit me, I will take you to my local Walmart.

The one you just visited will seem like ROLEX's of BEVERLY HILLS

i just tried to capture the event on camera to better tell my story. since when is that a crime?
did'nt say it was a crime, just an inclination you tried to make another not-so-subtle jab at the patrons and employees of that store.

ah well. i could be wrong. Happy Holidays.

They can't get them to be Supers in a lot of areas thanks to the union teaming up with the local councils. They desperately need one in California, people there are getting absolutely reamed on prices by the local supers. I went to a few in the San Diego and was literally letting out a laugh at some of the prices. After you shop at Super WM you take prices for granted, only to find back in the world of the supermarket things that you pay $2 for go for $3.69. Besides just the obvious higher taxes and rent/mortgage you pay in SD, I would have to spend about 50-75% more on groceries as well. Yet all the city council types who beg and cajole, even threaten, developers to build "low-cost" housing shut the door on the same people getting lower cost groceries by slamming the door on a Super WM or any other non-union grocery store.

Those pictures are fucking hilarious.

Oh, and WVU, it's not THAT hard to believe...I went to Wal-Mart for the first time in my life about two months ago.

That's not to say that I haven't been to Wal-Mart-type stores. Just not Wal-Mart specifically.

some people are unapproachable seymour...those are the ones i was most afraid of. but, this was a generally nice crowd...i dont know, maybe it was the christmas spirit in the air. or, maybe all the undesirables were playing bingo in the back. we'll probably never know and frankly...i dont want to know. this experience was awesome and that's how i'd like to remember it.

i can tell it's not a superstore by the picture...super walmarts are 10-20 times better than that ghetto one you are going to and understand why you thought the way you did and many others on here....need to visit a superstore....i honestly didn't think the old ones still existed until i got down here to FL a year ago. Suprised Elgin is not up with the times!
