This Yankee fan thinks Remy is one of the all time great analysts, on a par with the great retired Tony Kubek.

I can't stand the Mets but Gary Cohen is as good as they come, his 'it's out of here' call can be a tad annoying though, but not nearly as annoying as Michael Kay's 'See ya'.
Cohen's knowledge for the game and it's history is extremely impressive.

On the Yankee side, Jim Kaat was as good as it gets, too bad he's gone, Singleton is a very good listen though.

Bill Brown of the Astros is amongst the best and easily the most underrated.

It can be comical listening to Remy and Orsillo, they have quite the following now.

For example, there'd be a streaker running across the field in the first inning, they'll start laughing about it at random points for the next few innings; then it comes to the 8th or 9th and both of them just start cracking up again. Things like that happened all the time

I'm biased as well, but Bob Uecker is by far my favorite.

he's radio though, so I always mute my TV and listen to Mr. Baseball on AM 620

and fwiw, is Ron Santo the worst color guy there is?

I use to love michael reghi when he covered the cavs until they fired him. I think he use to do the orioles games as well as mac cfb. Anyone know if he is still doin baseball games...use to love that guy

Actually the sox guys are pretty good too. " The good guys are up 3-2".... Picks to click...I think they actually ARE more biased towards the white sox but not blantantly annoying.

Steve Stone is the color guy for the Sox and he is excellent. He also used to be the color guy for the Cubs opposite Harry Carey. The Sox play-by play announcer is Hawk Harrelson and his schtick has grown old and tiring even to Sox fans.

Rob Dibble is good too, I mean think about it. The Nationals hitting is better than expected this year, their starting pitching gets a C- or D+, but their bullpen gets a fucking laughable F-, and guess who'se calling the games... a former major league reliver. Rob won't hold back... oh, they got lucky, ohh it was a hanging breaking ball and a bad pich, I mean, he will rip those fucking cock suckers like they stole something.

You know what he said yesterday and cracked me up...
