Under no circumstances do you protest on a highway. This was unlawful and instead of enforcing the law, the pussified government officials closed the highway entrances. In a civil society you are supposed to get permits for a protest and arrange for security. With the black lives murder protests you need security to stop looting, destruction of property, vandalism and violence by the protesters.
