Phoenix could be close to Atlanta's, but then watch as Kobe stays in LA, either with the Lakers or switches to the Clippers. I think the real winner is Rasheed. He gets out of a town and place he clearly wasn't wanted and can play somewhere that his talent will be clearly seen since no one left in Atlanta is going to steal his thunder or stats if he makes a 100% effort. I know everyone thinks he is an idiot, but come on the guy is going to get paid well as it is as someone will take a max cap hit on him. It is simply inevitable, the guy is far too talented not to have someone take a shot. If he goes to the right squad he could take a good team and make them good or great...or as in Portland if he screws it up then they could become a bad team. We shall see. Rahim and Ratliff are good players, but they aren't top shelf players and never will be. The Blazers still need a lot of work to get to the next level after this trade.

Portland will suck worse, Portland had 1 player with heart now they have zero. Notice how good the Lakers are playing without the rapist.

I would rather take millions of cap room and a high draft pick and Rasheed Wallace for half the year then have overrated Reefer and Ratliff.. I dont care about numbers those guys had enough time to perform and show the league what they were all about, no playoff appearances no nothing.. blah

I would rather be an Atlanta Hawk next year then a Portland Trail Blazer, end of story
