What's the deal with retail/physical location sportsbooks in Kentucky at this point? I see that Kentucky Downs had a $2 million turf race this past weekend but it's one of the few tracks that hasn't reported or even posts that sports wagering is coming there. I find it strange that you'd have the possibility to add that to your gambling experience but wouldn't jump on it, at a minimum as a draw/loss leader.

Interesting. So Oak Grove and Williamsburg are nearest the Tennessee border. I wonder why Kentucky Downs wouldn't partake, haha, their loss.

Will all those have tellers or just kiosks? I saw a vid on Turfway Park, looked decent. Does anyone know what Oak Grove or Williamsburg look like? Max bets?

The Florida sports betting legal drama added another notch to its belt when West Flagler Associates asked the Florida Supreme Court to prevent the Seminole Tribe of Florida from relaunching sports betting in the state. The US Court of Appeals, DC Circuit is due to make a final decision on whether it will issue a stay preventing Hard Rock from resuming sports wagering in Florida.
I hope these "West Flagler Associates" all catch syphilis.
West Flagler Associates are sore losers who never give up
It's not even about the points they are arguing
It's about money and them wanting a ruling in which they can profit themselves
Hopefully the supreme court is wise enough to do their own research and understand that if there is no legal sports betting in Florida, then those in the state will simply continue sending American $ out of the country, to offshore sports books
If anyone was interested, at Oak Grove I stopped by and saw that they had kiosks, and if you won you cashed at the cage. It was reasonable all the way around.
