Kentucky approved temporary licenses for service providers to operate a mobile sports wagering application. Kambi was approved as a service provider for retail operations and will not have a mobile application, the state said.
While online wagering does not begin until Sept. 28, Kentuckians can pre-register an account with approved mobile applications starting Aug. 28.

Ontario, Canada is legal these days, only since August 2021 has single-game betting been legal. Before that, they had government-controlled parlay-type betting which had ridiculous, bullshit, ripoff payoffs that made it useless to bet unless you liked voluntary taxes. I think it applies to all of Canada.
