Debatable. I thought he showed a lack of honor when he abandonned His Long Time Church in 2008 just beacuse of Political reasons. A man of honor would have stood by his Church, and his pastor. He bent to the Political will, to help him get elected. He wasn't the 1st Politician to place Politics over Honor, and won't be the last.
I think he knew he was lying when he said what he said about if you like Your Health Plan, you can keep it. He knew that a small % of people couldn't, but he made a political calculation.
All in all, I think he's more honorable than most that have held his position.
