Whatever you've been smokin....lay off of it!

They could have gotten this guy in the 2nd round..or very late 1st! For the 10th pick? He is NOT "the safest pick".

---

His "value" was in the late-1st to early-2nd but their hands were tied. They didn't have a 2nd round pick. Their phone probably was not ringing off the hook of teams dying to move up, hence why they selected him at 10.

There was no outcome that would of resulted in them being able to land him 10-15 spots down the board and please the critics. Either their war room gets laughed at for incompetence as they pull a Mike Tice, or they reach for a guy they're sold on.

Yeah I originally thought Bradford would turn out to be a bust right away and gave my friends who are Rams fan hell...but he's looking pretty good.

JPP is not a bust, he will be the best DE in football before his giants contract is up.. he is an absolute beast, look at his stats they arent great but i am a diehard giants fan and see him every down he plays (he doesnt start but he plays a lot) and he has been tearing it up lately.. tuck said yesterday that he is starting to get the game more and feel more comfortable out there.. he is gonna be a good one

Jahvid Best has legit talent but he's playing for a team that can't run block so he's an okay choice. Bradford won't do well but it's not because of his skill. It's because he can't throw from his back. Tebow is not nearly as talented as Bradford but the Broncos are a little stronger as a team.
Happy 31st Sam

Samuel Jacob Bradford (born November 8, 1987) is an American football quarterback who is a free agent. He has played in the National Football League (NFL) for the St. Louis Rams, Philadelphia Eagles, Minnesota Vikings, and Arizona Cardinals. Bradford attended Putnam City North High School in Oklahoma City, where he starred in football, basketball and golf. As a senior quarterback in 2005, he threw for 2,029 yards and 17 touchdowns in 12 games. Bradford was not highly recruited coming out of high school, but he did receive a scholarship offer from the University of Oklahoma, which he accepted. After a redshirt season in 2006, Bradford threw for 3,121 yards and 36 touchdowns as a redshirt freshman. In 2008, Bradford became only the second sophomore to win the Heisman Trophy as he led the highest-scoring offense in NCAA history, throwing for 4,464 yards with 48 touchdowns and just six interceptions. He again led the nation in passing and also added five rushing touchdowns as the Sooners went 12-1 and advanced to the BCS national title game.

[h=1]Jason Pierre-Paul returns to East Rutherford[/h]Pierre-Paul was the Giants’ first-round pick in the 2010 NFL Draft and played eight seasons for Big Blue. A change in the front office prompted a housecleaning and Pierre-Paul and his lofty contract were dealt to Tampa Bay for a third-round draft pick.

JPP has eight sacks for the Bucs this season, just two shy of the entire, sack-starved Giants’ defense. He told reporters earlier in the week that he had this game circled on his calendar and coming to “bring the house down.”
