More happy and stable being married and it is fun building a future with someone you care about.

Single life can be great - the freedom to do what you want when you want and caring about no body but yourself.. but eventually it gets boring - at least to me.

That is the long and short of it......good analogy.....

Have been single for 29 years....and love hanging out with my daughter when we can get together......loved it when she was here in Thailand this past year from Jan-March......

After a year in every relationship it is boring - everything seems to become mundane - I don't care who she is - sex with the same girl is boring - being single has downsides too though

Married people have significantly longer life expectancies, that speaks for itself.

I think it averages out to 78 years old. Age 90 for the women and age 60 for the men.

Yeah, I would never get married unless I had kids - definitely better for the kids to have married parents
