Based on use levels, clearly cannabis is the preferred illicit substance.

Cannabis accounts for over 90% of illicit drug use.

Obviously that's because the downside of using it is routinely is far less than the use of any of the other listed substances.

I have had positive experiences using all the drugs listed except for heroin which I've never used and meth which I used a few times over 20 years ago. I discontinuted using it because it was way too strong and I didn't like being under the influence for 16+ hours. That and I don't approve of my using substances with unknown ingredients, which is almost always the case with street meth.
