I hate cooking and grocery shopping. I usually nuke most of my food. Thinking about trying out the George Foreman Grill.

My sister who has NEVER had a weight problem uses that George Foreman grill and likes it a lot. But then she likes to cook anyway.. I may look into one of those myself. One thing I can say about this diet--my energy level has increased!
