WHich Books are the Biggest Gamblers?

Rob Gillespie's front page column this week comments that books may allow a much bigger imbalance in their action if they strongly favour a line.

Last Monday Pinnacle had the Eagles -3/+110. I guess they didn't want to move the line and risk the middle while their +110 was much better than the usual difference with other books to suggest an opinion.

I only wish I could read the entrails properly ... sigh.

Every book that follows the Don Best is gambling.

The books that move on air or dont move at all even with a certain amount of money on certain sides of games are no longer Bookmakers. They are now gamblers.

They go in with positions on games rather than move the games and run the risk of being middled.
