thanks wilski. Man do i miss that guy. When I look at that pic, I want to cry. He was the Guy Lafleur of Montreal. Fans loved him. They came out just to see him. It is not the same without him. Just look at our record this year. We have NOT scored more than 4 runs in any game this year and we have played 16 games already. WOW..

I hope his back holds up...I`m not so sure he`s not a bit of headcase though...It could just be the difference in culture, as we see alot with the foreign players...

I`d take the under, he already has a bad back and the ball isn`t flying like it was 3 years ago...

A Rod under 717.5 is a good be since he is a righthander hitter in Yankee Stadium not one righthander since Joe D has hit over 40 in pinstripes.

Joe DiMaggio's stats
http://www.baseball-reference.com/d/dimagjo01.shtml

Only one season over 40 home runs 1937 and A Rod is no Joe DiMaggio.

Sick gambler did you take this into account if A Rod played for Boston 717.5 would be a good number but not NY.

735. Calls it a career after this season. Maybe Clemens can retire too and the two can go in the HOF together as the biggers roid users of their era.

I doubt he ever reaches Aaron. He wanted the white mans record. Not Aaron.

The black community will turn on him the closer he gets to Aaron.

If Barry really does want to play in 2008, it seems he does.

He will get real close to 800 by the end of next yr, if he's in the 790's after next year, he'd probably want to try and get to 800.

Is Bonds still on the juice? If so, he will hit 1000 HR's. He will continue to play until he reaches 50 years of age or until his gigantic forehead bursts from years of steroid abuse.

This is the correct answer. Always knew Chuck was sharp.
