C'mon Junk, please tell me your really not this stupid. Distribution comes in many forms. His magazine is so popular you can now buy it as an App from I-Tunes. I know your old and out of the loop, but you do know what an App is don't you? His distribution come through many sources. You can buy his magazine through Amazon and other online sources if you want to. My only gripe here was that he doesn't have enough of his magazines on the news stand yet. But then you start some shit about the country's most popular football magazine is going broke. You're really too much. You try way too hard to convince people you know shit. But we all know you too well. That ship has sailed...You always talk shit about Phil Steele, but I bet you have his magazine sitting in front of you right now..Such an unpopular magazine. I don't know how he's going to survive...
Imo Steele has some sort of problem with the distribution of his magazine. Call me old school, but I like to have a hard copy but who knows what's involved when you have to ship all these mags in trucks across the country? RCB I like your most over-rated list, you can add Notre Dame & Florida to that list and any time you are laying points with these teams, there is probably gonna be a hook in your lip.
I'm old school too and like the hard copy. Mainly because it's easier to thumb through than getting on the internet. Steele kind of hinted around on his site that they didn't ship their usual amount of mags to the bookstores and so they sold out pretty fast. i think it's because he's really pushing this $9.99 App, which saves a lot of money in publishing when customers can just download it from the website. This is something new for Steele, and i think they are seeing how many online sales they can make through this App before flooding the news stands with his mag. I think the younger generation will go more for the App than us old school guys...

Insinuating that Steele is broke is ridiculous. 50 states - 500 copies per state = 25,000 copies at 8.99 = $224,750.00. My guess is he sells at least 50,000 copies so you do the math (Bigdaddy can't for sure).

Making derogatory or demeaning remarks about other contributors is uncalled for especially for long term contributors like GS. We may not always agree but that is what this is all about. I had mine by 6/15, he sends it Express mail cost $4.95. Don't mind the 5 bucks it costs me, I get it quickly and never leave home. BTW Sooner knows more about CFB than you can ever hope to. Usually wrong but what the hell.
