Now, I have intentions on checking out Chiang Mai in the not too distant future, that seems like a cool place.

I find it weird that he told mods that he had PM's and emails.....i never exchanged either with him......i dont think i ever exchange any messages with anyone here for that matter....other than in the threads......something else was going on with that guy.

I couldn't care less. Some folks just need to grow a dick. Demanding the mods to get rid of one sub-forum because he had some personal issues with one or two posters is simply childish thing to do.
