Where has Newport been, King of the Over bettors?

I moved out of a bad area in Montgomery County called Silver Spring 5 years ago. I still live in Montgomery County in Potomac MD.

This is on of the richest areas on the east coast.

People like Juan Howard, John Thompson, Alonso Morning, Pat Ewing, M Tyson, Sugar Ray have houses in Potomac.

If you can live in this part of Mo County you can have your kids go to Church Hill or Wooten which are top 2 public schools in MD. I would believe any middle class person would dream of living here.

I looked it up and that doesn't sound like a hole at all!! Gaithersburg has a lot of industry and lots going for it. However, I was looking at housing. WOW!!! WOW!!! We can't afford to live there! Thanks. tulsa

Newport went to Gaithersburg High School. Has Gaithersburg become worse in the last 15 years with crime, drugs, etc. Are there many more minorities in Gaithersburg now than 20 years ago? Yes! I spent my first 15 years in life in Gaithersburg before moving to Frederick and then Baltimore. I am shocked how it has changed in the last 20 years. Obviously, Potomac is not Gaithersburg in more ways than just money. If he pissed you off and you took it personally, so be it. I'm sorry if you feel that everyone that says something about minorities is a racist. He was only stating the truth about the area he grew up in.

Potomac Md is a very very nice area...almost all of Montgomery Co is in fact.

Newport is somewhat of a big talker but I think deep down he means well 99% of the time....everyone says things that can be misconstued as racial at some point.

Jacks... I am far from easily offended. But the guy saying what he saying then dropping words like "Gook" etc in other posts.

dNoonan... Where did u grow up? I grew up in PG county then Silver Spring.

Grew up near a mile or so from friendship heights...right near the circle where mass ave goes from being in DC to MD...from kindergarden till I left for college.
