I've never lied about my record since I first began posting. If it's necessary, I'll post my plays or have someone such as a client that's gracious enough to post them after tip-off or something.

Win or lose, I've always kept a legitimate record, never inflated my units, never been anything but straightforward about what I do, what I think, and how I go about capping and such.
