Yes, Bet365 has these options, but I heard that you usually can get much better lines when calculating your own -1 line using the best ML and RL lines available as Bet365 -1 lines are lousy.

Pinnacle rips you off 3 cents for that -1 line.

I don't use the spreadsheet, but to make a +1 line, just do the same as the -1 line. Treat the +1.5 like the ML on the -1. Treat the ML like the RL on the -1.
