Thanks for the offer General but there is no need for any secret e mail stuff. Yesterday I requested a lousy 300.00 withdrawel via Net Teller from Rio and it was declined. I called customer service and was told that I have failed to meet the 750.00 times 4 rollover requirement. The last time I checked my action at Rio I had put 4,506.00 dollars at risk since winning the Baseball Contest. The kid with customer service said I was 600.00 short of meeting there requirements.
I could care less about the money. I just wanted to see if I was going to get "jerked around" because of the problems they are having. I'm sure they will tell you I've only risked a couple of grand since winning the Baseball thing. Believe me when I tell ya general I keep very accurate records of all my degerate activitity. If they are willing to risk the bad PR they are getting over money I've already blown at the book maybe the financial problems they are having should be a concern for anyone with more then "chump change" deposited at there store ?
I don't really want to make a "stink" about the store but playing games with an active and respected poster at several on line forums is a huge mistake.

No offense, but your answer is not an answer. I didn't ask what you are doing (I understand the need for secrecy on the details). I merely asked for an update as to when you expect the various upgrades to be completed.
This should not be a difficult question. The answer could be "two-more-days" or "80% done".
I support your decision to stand up to the attackers. However, being forthright on an estimate it not unreasonable and will give the players more confidence that you are making progress.

Skybook has been down for a very long spell now and I still don,t understand why they don,t send out an e-mail or a phone call to let the customers know what is going on. I appreciate your answer David that you said they also attacked your e-mail but an e-mail can be mailed from any computer. I go to a Kinko,s when I,m on vacation !Lot,s of customers don,t even know what is going on !
