Internet casino gambling/poker seems the worst because it is ALWAYS available 24/7 to anyone. I agree that casinos in general can be the right answer but internet poker or casino games is probably the most dangerous strictly due to constant never ending access. As far as beating the game I would say horseracing is the worst. The take out and the inside info edges are virtually impossible to overcome.
