I have been with these clowns since the CLINTON administration. Its not like I am a newbie to these guys. I think its bogus.

I have done person to person transfers many times in the past with different sportsbooks.

A great example is the other day. I sent $500 bucks from MY account to Journeymans account. The whole thing took less than 2 mins.

I made a simple phone call to 5dimes. I made a simple request, please take $500 out of my account and put it in Journeymans account.

The person on the phone said no problem, and it was done.

Why cant BETCRIS do this very simple task?

Im not asking for the world here.

This is exactly (and the only reason) why I am holding off from re-uping with them.

Currently, I'm looking for a book where I can deposit via western union and/or moneygram, and withdraw via a debit card. CRIS offers a debit card, and I in fact have one of their cards.....HOWEVER, I have been trying for two months to get a straight answer regarding withdrawing of funds via the card, and to this point I have been unable to do so.

VIA a phone call, I was told that I COULD NOT withdraw funds via the debit card if my deposit was made via moneygram or WU.....VIA a Live Chat, I was told that I INDEED COULD withdraw funds via a debit card if my deposit was made via moneygram or WU.....

Okay, so now I don't know what to believe. I don't want to get to a point to where I attempt a withdraw, and have to rely on what was said via live chat. I want it in writing, so I email CS. This was at least a week before christmas, and I've yet to get a response.......GRRRRR

Im pretty sure that if you deposit using WU or MG...you can use the debit card to withdraw. Because you are not able to withdraw using MG or WU.

This is pretty stupid rule chop, Me and my one buddy tried to do this the other day and it was the most frustrating phone call ever. Let me know if something happens. I think I tried telling you about this in the email, maybe not though.

Yes you did explain it one time in an email thats why I called them up first.

I asked them point blank "Do you allow person to person transfers?". The person on the phone told me absolutly. I hate it when one branch of a company says one thing, and another branch of the same company says another thing.

Back to the drawing board. I will try to figure something else out.

The real problem is, I sent that money to CRIS for the sole purpose of putting it in your account. Now I have money in my CRIS account that I cant do what I sent it there for.

Now I have to wait till FRIDAY to withdrawl that money for free, or they charge me to withdrawl it.

Jasin, can you settle for 5DIMES? It looks like CRIS is giving me a bunch of BULLSHIT trying to send money to your account.

I will go ahead and forget this BETCRIS shit, and just send it to from 5dimes.

I sent money to journeyman the other day this way with no problems.

Email me your account number if this is OK.

How about getting together by email or telephone and settle your business, it would be very much appreciated.

I am going to move the thread to the Rubber Room.

Thanks you, wilheim.

why don't you just mail him a money order, sounds like that would be easier than all the bs you've gone through

Just like to point out another BetCRIS customer service thread. Yes I use them regularly, yes they are one of my top 5 books and every gambler should have an account there (as well as at least 5 others). Just wish they would start paying attention to these threads and address the issues.

When a Sportsbook opens up a Merchant account with Neteller or other similar EWallet services they actually make you sign a contract saying that you will only pay out clients using the same method. when a company such as Neteller holds such a large amount of your funds the last thing you want to do is breach a contract...just my 2 cents.
