What's the benifit of playing the Allstar game on 2 channels?

I don't know if there are any cable packages that have just one of those channels.

If that number is significant then I could see where it makes sense but from my experience both of those channels are always on the same package.


Dont know anyone who has one channel and not the other.

TBS used to be on the Bare minimum Broadcast Basic on cablevision, which was basically the over the air channels, Some Public Access channels, NY1 News Channel, and TBS. Since it was the 1st National Super station, that might have been on the case on other systems, and may still be the case?

So basically instead of TNT charging let's say 700k for being on TNT it will come out to something like 350k for TNT and 350k for TBS.

No gain in revenue.

i'm not watching either one but it's probably close to this answer for yearly revenue or ratings for future price increases

TBS is over the air for some. Never knew that
