haha,, A GREAT recipe, I will share,,

CHEAP skirt steak, and throw salt ALL over em, put em in fridge for 3 hours,,

scrape 95% of salt off, throw on grill for 10 mins,, + potato salad + corn

AND some Pabst!! lolol

Why take off the salt ?
I would think the salt would dissolve

Nah, just got some tuna fresh caught here right in Charleston, SC...lol

It won't make it till tomorrow, though, so I guess it doesn't count, along with the fresh caught shrimp I just scooped up too...lol

Tomorrow, hmm, got some nice steaks I think I'll grill, along with some fresh veggies from the garden (squash, zucchini, cukes, maters)...

Look up “Carolina Mustard Vinegar BBQ Sauce” and try the one that’s most to your liking (all should be very similar)...

Im sure seldom has his own version He likes to work off of as well as I do, and doctor it up to your liking...

Had frosted mini wheats for breakfast.

Next time I’m in CLT, I’m gonna five this a go. It reminds me of a place here (it’s a franchise), Zoe’s, but this looks better (Zoe’s changed their menu not to my liking as much, so I haven’t been in awhile...).

They got bought out , screwed up a descent thing
