I wish I had those menus
Easter is not my favorite food holiday, I'd prefer a summertime cookout over lamb & ham & baked macaroni they ruin with chunks of eggs. I like some ham, but that's about it.
I do like ricotta pie, rice pie and pizzagaina, so I'll hold out for the deserts
I get to work most Easters, since they usually fall before April 15th
