Thanks for asking, down around 10lbs.

nothing special, slow and steady wins the race.

no crash diets for me, still enjoying good food once in awhile.

It's far from easy, got to stay motivated eat less and get some daily cardio.

Will kick it into high gear, once Football is over and the new year starts.

10 lbs is a solid start. I'm trying to do light cardio at night to burn some extra calories before bed. Then no food right before bed. The theory is if you go to bed on an empty stomach your body has to burn fat for energy while sleeping
