No my wife is a good cook . She makes her own stocks Demi glazes all kinds of stuff. Typically she will make and freeze these during the winter so

Nice, I ended up saving the Steaks for Tomorrow, old lady had a bad headache went and picked up Chilis Curbside. Burger for me, Ribs for her. Works for me.

Crock pots are awesome . You can braise some of the toughest meats and make amazing stews . From pulled pork to pretty much anything , they definitely fly under the radar. We went almost 2 years during the pandemic. Still going on with no stove or dishwasher made tons of chicken cutlets in air fryer and they taste excellent

Thanks for asking, down around 10lbs.

nothing special, slow and steady wins the race.

no crash diets for me, still enjoying good food once in awhile.

It's far from easy, got to stay motivated eat less and get some daily cardio.

Will kick it into high gear, once Football is over and the new year starts.
