I did not make the post in order to rape anyone or take advantage. As a business man, I wanted to know if it was worth putting something together to bail out those who need it and can't wait till whenever to get their funds.

This post was to determine if what I proposed doing was viable, and based on the posts I believe it is.

Fair enough but the wording implies that you want to know how low they would go. You wanted to hear numbers like 50%. Those of us with big money tied up in Neteller do not want to instigate the idea of only getting half our money back. You are using the opportunity to increase your profits which to me is like selling a bag of ice for $10 after a hurricane. (see price gouging)

Is 85-95% gouging? That's right, only a 5% fee to do it! My friend has a way to help anyone who wants to get all their funds from Neteller now. Had to make sure the process would work, thats why I put up this post.

for all the business savvy optimists out there. The US accounts are frozen. There is absolutely no way to transfer any money out of a US account. They will not move this money anywhere, not even to a non gambling merchant. You cannot open a foreign account and transfer your US funds there even if you physically move. The money is FROZEN completely now. We will have to wait until the accounts are unfrozen. There is absolutely nothing anyone can do until then.

I would love to find out, because i tried with Two merchant accounts.
Which is why I posted the email I got from Neteller.
Plus Most of the people I spoke to said there U.S accounts were Frozen ! and couldn't move the money if they wanted to.

Ok it is Friday. I am always open to ideas, but I cannot figure out how you will get around the fact that the funds are frozen. Is your friend a judge? There is no need to bet. If you can get our money out you will get paid anyway. I will believe it when I see it.

I didn't think all the accounts were frozen, just the funds that were in transit when everything went down. Also, I spoke to Neteller on a few different occassions and they said if I could establish residency in a different country I would have access to my money.

The CSR's at Neteller are clueless and will tell you anything to be able to get you off the phone. They do not know themselves. They get a different story everyday just like we do. We are going to have to sit and wait. If I had to guess I would say 6 months. I just hope by the time we do get paid our balances are not fucked with.

I have Two Merchant accounts, hooked up to Two Non-betting , Non-Sports Websites ( Both are REAL RETAIL Websites )
And I have taken payments for the past 3 years, and this is what was told to Me !

Thats a great point, remember that Neteller mgmt does not want their entire csr staff jumping ship right now (btw-anyone know specifically how many csr's have left/quit due to all of this?__) as they know they will get bombarded til members are paid, they need to appease their employees as much as their members.

FWIW, I think that all things Neteller related posted here recently will have alot to do with the final outcome, the Rx is probably their key resource for client sentiment - consider what you post here!

12,000 in I'd settle for 80%. When the crap hit the fan I put 12,000 in Sportsbooks and did 12,000 in eft which are now pending. I thought I did right thing as I did itall when Neteller initiated new policy. Thank goodness I put half in Sportsbooks. The reson I had so much in Neteller is that I usually get huge bonuses around Superbowl.
