the merchant can tell that your card was issued out of the US by just looking at the bin number (first six digits of the card)

matching billing address should help but electronics merchants have one of the highest rates of fraud so they get suspicious about anything that looks irregular, you could try but if it doesnt work at least you know why

Where the hell does my SJO# go???? Address line 1 along with the street address?

I have it in line 1 because if you put it in line 2 sometimes it gets cut off or something and then the guys at jetbox/etc have issues knowing who it belongs to

and I put the address street on line 2

yeah, the insurance that is based on the amount that you paid and is based on charts that customs have

you won't get that package exonerated because 500 + insurance is over the limit (plus I think they use another chart for shipping )
