If I feel strongly I am making +ev bets I just continue until it turns around. Admit I get very superstitious and try any change in routine but I don't change the bets.

I say keep going, power through it. But most importantly don't stray away from sound money management. If your bank roll is getting smaller, which it will if you are losing, adjust your bet size to reflect the funds you have on hand. You should do this daily, it will slow the bleeding when losing, while increasing your winnings when winning.

I assume that's a serious question, KE. We've all been there.

It's hard to do because you want to get your money back asap but the answer is to take a break. A week or two when you don't think of sports in gambling terms. When you come back you will be more selective with a clearer mind.

When we go bad the mind tells us to bet games that we shouldn't. We need to reset the gambling mind.

At least that's what I need to do.
