Just six more cards left in the deck and then we get to start a new deck!!

The new deck of cards should focus on the anti-Americans here at home. Bernie Goldberg list of the 110 peoplewho are screwing up America would be a decent list to start with.

The new deck of cards should include:
Clinton Bill and Hilliary
Carter
Jesse Jackson
Kerry
Murtha
Pelosi
William Jefferson
Gore
Franken
Moore
James Carville
doc mercer
Humpty Dumpty
Edwards
Kennedy
Ward Churchill
ABC, NBC, CNN, MSNBC, CBS news achors
and pretty much any other lib.

Excellent book. :103631605 And a few conservatives in there also.

Pat Patriot: "This isn't an attack on anyone oppsed to the war. However there is an extremest element of the left that actually sees this as bad news for their political agenda..Thats a fact...Some are actually elected officials...I didn't say people opposed to the war.

Thats why I said moonbat, not war opposers."

I was referring in general to the rightwing strategy of questioning the patriotism of those opposed to the war, but thanks for clearing up the definition of "moonbat". For example Joe C. states:

"You could almost hear the collective sigh from liberals across the country when it was announced Zarqawi finally went on to meet his 72 Helen Thomas like virgins in Islamofascist paradise."

I am from a generation that had to listen to this mindless, flag waving, "love it or leave it" drivel during the Vietnam War. Then, as now, cynical leaders and the drones that followed them tried to stifle constructive debate with appeals to patriotism and reckless charges of treason. Being a patriot does not mean blindly supporting your government, even during a time of war.

i don't think that too many sane people in the world are unhappy with the fact that Z is no longer with us.
But incredibly there are people that are upset that he is gone if it looks favorbly on the bushies.
This is insane...and those people are not by any stretch "patriotic".

I think you are guessing at what Democratic leaders feel. I've heard no leader express any regret that Z is dead. I do think that it is open to debate as to the affect his death will have on the enemy. That is all I have heard .

David, Patriot thinks it's the world cup and he gets to go around screaming GOOOOAAAAL! As if Zarqawi's death was a thing republicans can only be happy about. Well it's a thing we are all happy about.

Tommy Delay. Now thats some crap only one side can be yelling about. Learn to play.

I was the first person to ever mention Zarqawi in this forum. I expressed my concern about him and his being a leader of terrorists and all.

You know what some righty barked at me? "Oh, that is just some media creation. Blah Blah."

He goes from being 'some media creation' to his death being something that makes Democrats sad or whatever. Give me a break. Who is the real supporter of the troops here?

Yea, this the super patriot vs. the godless liberal game is getting a little old. Generations come and go, but some things stay the same. Don't debate the issues, just wrap yourself in the flag and argue who is the truer American.
