I don’t think the stable genius has the authority to unilaterally declare Marshall Law to stay in office. The laws, rules, and/or precedents are somewhat limited and not clear, so who knows. Of course even if correct that wouldn’t stop the fat fuck from trying. If he did, I have to think a obviously self serving act, without any national security implications would be deemed unlawful and not carried out.

2) Along the same line of thinking, it appears that he may also be trying to convince HIMSELF that what he says is true; in fact this may be his way of washing
away some of the recent hurt on an emotional level he has suffered because of recent events re: Trump and his loss in the Election.
Of course sbd would never admit this, because on his level of consciousness he believes that this is not the case.
However as a person who ha studied psychology and who has dealt with thousands of people in my life both on personal and professional level,
this appears to me as a distinct possibility.
The fact that he says that he is enjoying all of this of late is just another clear indication that what I just stated above is true.
