In view of the very civil, thought provoking and polite conversation I had with one member last night in the Political Forum (we disagree on a lot politically
speaking) and wanting to be consistent with that type of conversation, I am going to change my modus operandi in this thread starting today.
I am no longer going to do a CliffsNote Summary every day around this is time about what is written over there-if you are interested, go read it.
I am doing this for several reasons:
1) Anyone who has followed the Important Virus Thread and my thread since they were started, know what both threads are about and have already formed
opinions of each, which are not likely to change.
In short, for me his thread no matter what the title, is a QAnon propaganda and pro Trump thread replete with all kinds of right wing conspiracy theories,
accusations, and time driven predictions all directed at noteworthy democrats, doctors, and in general anyone who is part of some narrative to take
control of the country and to discredit Trump.
It also comes with repetitive mantras such a "wake up, people," "Trump is going to win the election in the biggest landslide ever," and on and on.
Since I started this thread, my responses have been mostly to challenge just about everything he says and at times in a sarcastic manner.
That said and as alluded to above, I see no point in continuing to do this in such a manner because essentially it would be a waste of time for as it would
be repetitive and have little effect on anyone this juncture one way or the other.
To be blunt, people either believe what he and the QAnons have to say or they don't.
imo at this juncture folks are simply waiting for some of these daily accusations, conspiracy theories, predictions to come true to update their change their current
opinions.
That said, I am still going to read what he has to say each day and when I see something which imo is not accurate and/or is not clear, I am going to
point it out and ask questions which I think you and he need to think about and in his case address.

Also to set an example, I am going to try to cut down on the number of salty adjectives I have used to what I think about Trump and use language
a bit more civil.
However, I will continue to post relevant links about Trump and Biden, which will give factual information as well as opinions.
