I respect the fact that the owner of the Forum has a right to set the rules of posting to anything they wish.
That said, lets just say that he should consider himself incredibly lucky to have free rein to allowed to do what he does, Rubber Room or
no Rubber Room.
Imo in most other forums, he would be warned, and that if he did not comply, be given a vacation, and if he did it again upon returning,
he would be sent packing/banned permanently!!
