I agree J, he still is dominant, but I still think he is being remembered solely because of the teams dominant years when he had so much help and talent around him. Even though their defense is still pretty good (around 10th I believe), this defense is nothing compared to what it once was. Keep in mind, they used to be as dominant as Tampa's current defense, but they had much more talent there before, and even though they have added some younger, talented guys, they arent the team they once was, which points out that Ray Lewis didnt do it all himself, he had plenty of help back then. The guy lived only approx. 30 minutes from where I am, in Lakeland, but for some reason I just dont care for him that much. Maybe he's just too loud and obnoxious!
Actually, I was going to state in my first post J, that I would prefer Derrick Brooks over Lewis, overall. He's just as fast, as good as a tackler, but better in pass coverage. Can you imagine those 2 on the same defense?!

Ravens only have two players on their defense... Ray Lewis and Boulware. For them to be as good as they are is a testament to Ray and Peter. They have lost at every other position besides Lewis and Boulware and still are great..that should show you something about how good Lewis and Boulware are.
the whole Dline, the whole secondary, and one linebacker...gone. They have a bunch of young guys improving dramatically, Ray Lewis and Peter Boulware should take some of the credit.
