I answered the majority of this in my previous response. Our results are not inferior compared to other countries. I'm assuming your claim is based on the WHO info. I will be happy to disprove that info tomorrow. If it's from something else, please inform me of your source.

I've already gone on record as saying it does. Just not with a government run plan (and I previously gave you plenty of solutions).

This should have read..

"Canada does not accept all drugs in their government plan (especially not costly ones). And if you attempt to purchase a drug not covered by the government plan on your own, you face the penalty of having to pay for the entire cost of your care (even the care covered by your plan).

well part of the problem is we in the US partially subsidize the rest of the world as a majority of the R&D, advances in science, drug development, come from here and these companies and such that do such things need to make some money doing so one way or the other

and yes obviously commufascism plays a role in the problem too

as government and the medical lobby in bed with each other

Problems with healthcare

1) lawyers---if doctors didnt fear of a lawsuit with every patient they see they wouldnt have to order the majority of the tests they do and in addition order redundant tests. Our medical legal system is out of control. A 25 year old kid comes in with chest pain and you have to work him up even if you are 99.999999 percent sure it is not heart related.

2) Drug companies. How do they get away with everything? They control our government and are making more than anyone in healthcare. They set glucose control for diabetics (i.e. you wonder why the sugar levels for the normal range keep dropping? the lower they have it the longer people have to stay on drugs)

So we are going to insure 50 million people? 15 million in illegal immigrants who havent paid a cent of tax in their life? another 15 million who can afford it but choose not to?

Do you know what doctors offices will look like? PACKED. People will show up for any minor ailment because they are covered. Hey it is a chance to skip work too.
Doctors who are facing the highest tuition and student loan charges in addition to malpractice insurance of all times are going to have to order tests on these people. They will have to see even more patients in a day because the reimbursement Obama plans is going to be ridiculous. You want to see a tired worn down doctor? Good applicants will definitely shy away from going into medicine and go into business or heck even law. Lawyers make a killing and have no regulation. Plus most lawyers are Democrats and hey look Obama is a democrat too. Doctors are mostly Republicans. No wonder why he cant reform our crazy-ass medical legal system.

We are going to go broke so we are going to spend more money giving out free healthcare? Or we could just tax the hell out of people in the coming years which is coming because of all the wasteful spending by Obama.
STOP SPENDING MONEY AND CUT BACK OBAMA! I am so sick of this. 50 percent of your kids salary will be going to taxes and it is coming very soon. Let all of us hardworking Americans pay our hardearned money so illegal immigrants can have health insurance. Great plan! What a dumb-ass.
