Typical order

3 chicken quesidillas
3 cheesy gordita crunch (original)
3 of each kind doritos taco
1 crunch wrap surpreme (no sour cream)
2 large Dr peppers

Always go in and place the to go order instead of the drive through. 1. Less chance they mess the order up. 2. You can grab as much sauce as you want

3 chicken quesadillas = 3 * 510 = 1530 calories
3 gordita crunch = 3 * 490 = 1470 calories
3 doritos taco = 3 * 170 = 510 calories
1 crunch wrap supreme = 540 calories
2 large Dr Peppers = 2 * 150 = 300 calories

grand total = 4350 calories

For one meal you're eating as many calories as many healthy people eat in 3 days, AND you're eating way more than a week's worth of fat.

That's utterly disgusting.

Actually he said 6 doritos tacos (3 of each kind, there are only 2 flavors right?). I would think the calories on the 2 large Dr Peppers are much more than 150 each, Taco Bell has huge ass drinks.

This is why I only do this once a month. Normally pretty much fast for 2-3 days after. Maybe just a few very small healthy meals

In general, I think guys that eat fast food tend to not be the fatass mess you imagine. Women; hell yes. The fat people tend to just not be active and drink a ton of coke and play video games all day. Eat doritos. As a kid, I ate like complete shit. Junk food for breakfast and lunch and fast food for dinner. But I played football, basketball, tennis, baseball all the time so it never showed.

Just like radio. You always assume the person on the radio is attractive based on their voice but when you see them they are fat and ugly.




As for noodle armed, depends on the time of year. Right after the holidays is the worst shape I'm in all year. I am pretty damn soft right now. Then in feb i start to turn it around; eating better and working out/lifting every day. By spring/early summer I'm in good shape and that continues until winter hits again. Rinse and repeat.

Eat Taco Bell and workout like crazy.


If I did nothing but eat taco bell and work out I'd look like one of those guys at the gym that ONLY lift even though they are fat. They may be strong but they look like dog shit. Always shake my head when I see those guys. Do some fucking cardio


Also, if you are under 6 foot you have to be careful with how much muscle you put on. Short guys with too much muscle look dumb.

I didn't say become a powerlifter. I am not a fan of those types either. Really, if you look like shit, who cares if you bench 500. I was kinda kidding when I said eat it all the time but 165 pounds; you are an ectomorph and therefor likely can eat shit and still not look like a 350 pound guy with 45% bf. That is my saving grace. If I were an endomorph, I would be a fatass.

Everyone has a favorite food they aren't necessarily proud of/isn't good for them. And most likely something they watch on tv to complete the ritual.

Mine is Taco Bell. I can spend over 25 dollars easily just on my order, but only allow myself to have it once a month at the most. Love to douse it with hot and Verde sauce and put sportscenter on tv.

What's yours?
