Did you know the United States military was created before the government? Before the Constitution? Before the three branches of government? As you know, the military operates within their own set of rules, laws, orders, judicial system etc., outside of the civilian sector, within a chain of command running all the way up to the Commander-in-Chief. The CIC also serves a dual role as chief executive of the country as president. This distinction is important because here you have the same person in charge of two sets of "systems" each with their own sets of laws - military and civilian. A crossover, if you will.
Now here's where it gets fun. With the right
civilian president, it would be very easy for him/her to declare war against your criminal cartel signing all the relevant paperwork, executive orders, crossing all the right i's and t's...in a nutschel handing control over to the military, with their virtually unlimited intel resources to conduct their previously planned coup (a more covert "softer" version) without all that pesky "civilian" red tape, at least when it comes to the apprehension and prosecution of all the Deep State treasonous actors and players you mentioned.
