Also Prelude, check with Universal and ask if they have at the tim the option of paying a little bit extra to obtain a pass which takes you past much of the lines which wait for each ride/show. Trust me, if they offer it at the time your attending, pay the extra!

This is like buying a booklet of passes used to get to the front of the line for each ride..You redeem them at the rides like foodstamps..lol..I think itsl ike $15-20 for the booklet and they only sell a certain amount per day....

If you really have some extra cash....goto guest services and buy the "VIP TOUR"..
It includesa guided day tour of the park.

It includes front and behind the scene access to all rides, premium seating for all shows, etc..

Its like an extra $120 per person or so...but if you have the cash its DEFINITELY worth it.

Trust me

Right Wizzah, standing in those lines get very old as the day goes on, hugh?! It also cuts down on the time and makes it difficult to get to every ride or show...

Ybor Strip is great........I suggest the 5-7 time frame.

Like I said, these days I will be at Selmons everynight since I recently just became a single man again.

Yeah really turns a fun day into one where you are like rolling your eyes and talking under your breath to the smelly Brazillians (sorry its true) and when they start chanting..I start a chant of something American.

I go every year to Halloween Horror Nights and the extra $110 for the VIP tour is a MUST.

You get front line to every "haunted house", premium seating for the Bill and Ted show, and front line to all the main rides!!!!

Its soooooooooooooo worth it...

Goto Island of Adventure and do the VIP tour...you will thank them later...its WORTH IT...

I cant describe to you its value in typing words...It seems like so much money..but the headaches it saves is AMAZING..you will enjoy your day much more!

Its not "kiddie" at all.. Its absolutely mind blowing..they transform the WHOLE park into a haunted house..This year they are talking about having it at both parks combined for the first time ever..

I have been going to HHN since 1996 and wouldnt miss it....Its one of the yearly "must sees"...

Hache- did you see the stone ppl this year near DUELING DRAGONS? They were on stilts and blended into the rocks perfectly....AMAZING!!!

And your right, it's not "kiddie". As a matter of fact, kids aren't recommended in there. I love Halloween season anyhow, just the feel in the air, and that event tops it off. Love the entrance this past year with the 2 large demons/creatures, and the smoke/fog, and loud heartbeat as you entered.......
