i have yet to be fortunate enough to be seriously injured due to the fault of another, but i hope that day will come soon!!!!

ID.....HOW CAN YOU HOPE TO BE INJURED BY SOMEONE...NOT SURE OF YOUR THINKING....LET'S SAY YOU WERE IN A AUTO ACCIDENT AND WERE LEFT TO LIVE YOUR LIFE IN A WHEELCHAIR. WOULD THAT BE WORTH ALL THE MONEY YOU WOULD GET ?

I got rear ended by a Pepsi Truck 3 years ago...very minor neck injury...They sent me 2 dimes...I could have hammered them, could have went to a chiropractor for months , but I didn't really care to...I did get a good idea how it works though, the more one milks the medical bills the more one will get....Also the adjuster played games with me....What a racket!

My wife walks into a McDonalds. She steps on some water lying on the floor by the counter, feet fly into the air, she lands flat on her back in screaming pain. As she is being tended to, an older woman comes up to her and tells her that she saw the water there and informed the manager 20 minutes prior that someone was going to fall and get hurt and that they needed to dry it or put up one of those wet floor signs. He did neither. The woman gives us her phone number and says she would be happy to testify for us.

A slam dunk case worth some decent money. As it was, my wife felt better after a couple days, and despite my protestations, she let the thing drop. I don't think it was a frivilous thing, but hell, what do I know.
