I like the Silverton for many reasons. It might be off the beaten path, but they have a wide variety of machines with plenty of comps and promotions every month. Their aquarium will knock your socks off and you can spend plenty of time watching all the fish. Having a Bass Pro Shop within the casino is an added plus and you can use your players club points to purchase items in the BPS.

They also have very good restaurants and a good coffee shop. Twin Creeks Steak house will match up against any gourmet restaurant in town.

Cosmo is our favorite on the strip. Planet Hollywood is a good "drop in class" choice with a good location and reduced cost, but certainly not in the company of Wynn, Encore, Aria, etc.

FYI...you can't stay at Silverton right now as they are renovating the rooms.
