There is no right or wrong thing to have at any one time, each Person is different, in fact doing something for no reason can be detrimental to your Health. We all have a Mechanism which lets us know if were in need of something, its called the Body and its controlled by the brain. Thats why if you over indulge your Body rebels and if you need Hydration you feel thirst. Unless you feel lacklustre or have an ailment which the Doc hasnt a clue, leave your Body alone, its obviously getting the minerals it needs.

If you have no problem then act normally and have one Brazil Nut a Day, this gives you the Maximum hit of Selenium, which is the catalyst for all the other Vitamins and Minerals to Work better, it also helps with your Bet selection. :drink:

I used to take Stackers but couldnt handle the crash. I literally would feel wasted at about 5:00 if I took them at 9. They still have them, different versions but without the ephadrine so might not be as bad for you. Anyway 2 of those is like 8 cups of coffee. :coke:

I like Glutamine, I also take Animal Pak Vitamins before I work out, other than that not much else.

I used to take Vitamin E, Zinc and Niacin everyday.
I found it really increased Production when you were with a women, Shoot Buckets.

Those animal pak are too expensive. $1.25 or so per day is too much for vitamins.

I get them by the Cannister for so it costs me 85c Canadian per but yeah at first it seems expensive but I'll pay $2 for coffee every day, so I can justify it to myself.

I started using them when I was first going to the gym, I like the extra kick it gives me before a work out, I notice the difference. Take them 30 minutes before your work out and you'll like them.

You are actually spending quite a bit more than what I was talking about. It recommends you take 2 of them a day, which is 44 tablets.

Yeah I checked them Out first, but they Charge 10.99 USD to ship to Canada, so it pretty much evens out for me, I'm not as serious as most with working out so one pack about 30 minutes before I work out is good for me but thanks for lookin out.

I have been using Spark Energy drink from Advocare. It is a steady picker upper and is a slow fall instead of the crash you get from those gas station energy drinks. I have one right when I get up and another around 2pm and that gets me through the day. It really clears the cobwebs that you get and allows some long stretches of good mental focus!

Years ago I was talking with an Epidemiologist and he said that for anyone to 'know' what they should take for vitamins/suppl., they should get a blood or hair follicle test and find out what mineral deficiencies and or surpluses they have. Another words if your body has alot of iron for whatever reason, there is no reason to take iron supplement daily. If you find that you are low in trace elements then you can purchase a bottle of those and take them. But as a rule you don't need to take one of everything, like I used to do, just for the sake of 'taking your vitamins'. Then again, no harm can be done by taking a multi-vitamin everyday, it just may not be optimal in all departments.

I take an array of different vitamins and minerals each day to keep myself healthy. For a start, the vitamins and minerals I take are unique as they use what is known as patented "Fructose Compounding", which basically means our body can absorb more minerals from these vitamins than it can do with normal ones. That's a good point. I should probably go in and get one of those tests.

For juices without the work try Naked Juice, most stores carry it, comes in tons of varities.

I have been on stacker 2 for years (ephedra)
Pro: Energy all day and appetite surpresent.

Con: Shitty sleep quality.

Right now I am in the middle of a 12 day consecutive streak at work, where I have to drive a little over 100 miles round trip each day.
I decided two days before this 12 day suicide mission to go off the stacker 2 and limit myself to 1 1/2 cups of coffee a day, with the last of the coffee coming at 8am (I get up at 5am).
What a differece, I still have energy in the morning, but the level of energy is even kieled all day, and I crash naturally around 22:00 or so, and I get 6 hours of uninterrupted sleep, which I have not been getting at all in a few years.

Glutamine is a very good amino when working out and want to build mass. Very slept on supplement.

But my number one is multi vitamins and I'm now adding Alpha-Lipoic acid. Great Anti-Oxidant!

CE2 rapid absorption ester creatine from the University of Nerbaska.

I am fuckin huge after taking this for 1 month.

Before I work out I take MetrX AMPED and am so fuckin wired for my workouts with great focus.

I am absolutely ripped from 1 month of religiously using this and working out.
