Cherry is just nuts.
As for the Greek, all he did was tell the historical truth about blacks in America. This clip was taken out of context. He comented on what superior atheletes blacks were and why!
Ali the next day backed The Greek and wondered what all the fuss was about.
Saying "Blacks were bred to be bigger stronger and faster by whitey!!

Your absolutely right, nothing to do with their style of play. Maybe it was the fact Illitch jacked the playoff ticket prices up 2,3,4 and 5 x their face value in a town with over 10% unemployment.
And last year wasn't the problem, it was the two previous seasons. He smarten'd up last year and filled the place every night, bringing tickets back to more reasonable prices.

“ The black is a better athlete to begin with because he's been bred to be that way — because of his high thighs and big thighs that goes up into his back, and they can jump higher and run faster because of their bigger thighs. This goes back all the way to the Civil War when during the slave trading, the owner — the slave owner would breed his big black to his big woman so that he could have a big black kid.
