a one loss team in the big 12 is horrible? why? cause they played a bad first half today lol thats the most rediculous statement ive heard ever. they screwed me big time today and im not impressed with their effort in todays first half but they are far from horrible my friend. texas tech can compete with any team on any given night. ou lost to texas tech beat texas ou beat tech. sounds pretty even to me

No mention of PSU huh? Their resume is better than USC and Texas Tech's. Alabama..while undefeated and obviously a very solid team...hasn't had what you could call a single good win all year (best wins are against Georgia and LSU who are very avg teams) and has been tested by a few mediocre teams. Florida has had a great year and looks to be the best team in the country...and even their loss doesnt look as bad now with the way ole miss has been playing....To me the debate is..which one loss team should be playing Florida for the MNC ( assuming florida takes care of alabama).

Without a doubt the best matchup is Florida/USC. I would also be very happy watching a Florida/Oklahoma game or a Oklahoma/USC game. Those three to me are the best teams in the nation with Texas being the only team close to them. The only one that has a chance of happening is Florida vs OU, which will happen. Only a shocking upset by either Mizzou or Bama will stop it.
yeah...looks like its going to happen now..thank god we're not going to be forced to hit up Ore st. (actually....what happens if alabama loses next week and Ok loses in the title game against Mizz? Would come to down to texas and USC against florida). anyway....u do the SAME EXACT THING i see so many people do....you take one common opponent they've had....OSU...forget to include that PSU went on the road to a place that OSU has only lost 3 times in 7 years...when they had Pryor at qb and Beanie back...in the 2nd half of the year when they've rolled everyone they've played...osu in the 2nd half of the year was an entirely different team than the first half...and compare it to USC's home win early. Then you DONT mention PSU absolutely wrecking Oregon state ( they could have named the score in this game) and then 10 days later ore st beat USC. I see it all across the net...and its amazing to me. They had two common opponents and PSU went 2-0 and USC went 1-1 against them. PSU was every bit as impressive with the rest of their schedule if not more impressive in a harder conference (pac 10 is a joke).
Unfortunately for PSU...this will be yet another home game for USC when they meet..but im really glad this happened as it gives PSU a chance to show the world they're for real instead of a meaningless rematch with Ore St that no one would care about.
