Gassy, put the sauce down. You sound as Stupid as Willie saying EVERYONE he knows voted against Obama. No one EVER wants to sound as stupid as Wrong Way, and be in a bubble where 100% of the opinions they hear are monolith. I know it's the liquor talking. I've asked my Doctor and his Receptionist who does his billing about Obamacare last week. They both shrugged and said no big deal, just new stuff they have to get used to. No Hatred whatsoever. When you say EVERY PERSON in the industry hates Obamacare, you just expose your bias. I'm sure many, even most do. People don't like change. I'm also sure many don't.
I just wanted to know what devices he's involved with. I smell some Bullshit here BIGTIME! I'm not saying he doesn't interact with some doctors or medical staff. I know for a fact some people he is not talking too. I am actually corresponding with my sister about who she interacts with. She does hospital utilization and review, which means she has a group of patients or is responsible for reviewing charts for a select floor or floors. Shes does like floors 5 - 7, she checks MD dictation, makes sure the MDs are using the new treatments out there, or makes suggestions, sometimes the docs get a little pissed off cause she has to ask them to dictate a certain way. Since I know what goes on on my end, I just wanted to see what else goes on, on her end, cause quite frankly we don't talk a lot of shop. I have the jist but she doesn't confer with device reps, neither do I, I am sure they do with therapist and docs. She actually just texted me a tangent about the whole thing.

Well I am waiting, I'm not going to let this go either. 2 Clowns have challenged my knowledge of what goes on in the medical profession. I have "no clue." I am a trained vent nurse now. I am like a mechanic with a ventilator, meaning I can be in a deep conversation or thought but I hear the slightest tick when it is not running right. I spent 2.5 years managing a rehab center, moved onto floating between ICU, Med Surge, and the ER. I have seen and experienced a ton of crazy shit. I have been working with doctors for years, I have received several awards for outstanding nursing care, I assisted with the medical terminology allowing for easy click sentences/wording with programmers when we went from hard copy charts to computerized charting. Then I have my sister who has a more expansive knowledge about billing, devices, treatment options, she confers with just about every doctor in the Hospital's system. I know what she thinks about ACA and she tells me what others think, because I don't interact with the vast amount of professionals she does.

If by that you mean his energy goals to bankrupt the coal industry and blow billions on green energy, then yes he’s much better. If you want the government to regulate most aspects of your life, Obama’s your man.

It’s curious that you didn’t add the economy, job creation, the increase in food stamp participation, the mysterious rise in disability claims and that the labor force participation rate is at it's lowest since 1978 too your list.

Willie and Gas Man used to talk about economics all the time also until I came around and put them in their place. They'll never bring this stuff up again except in passing and they definitely won't respond to any questions. It's how they work. They just make shit up until they are called on it by someone much more experienced than them and then hide.
yeah I don't mind a good debate. I want to know exactly what people don't like about it? It's not surprising a state like Oklahoma where Russ is would not like Obamacare being a conservative state. People on here find one case about it not covering a person or not finding a doctor and then they think it's the norm or use it as a generalization. People worrying about who it is going to cover and saying it is not affordable. A good friend of mine and mechanic was on FB denouncing it because his sister was trashing it (Med Rep) I asked him if he knew anything about it, he didn't even look at it and yet was brain washed. He tole me what his employer Health Care was and then he checked into the exchange, a much better deal. I checked into the exchange and it was very affordable, my lowest price was $288 with 6,000 deduct, If I paid $320 it was a $2500 deduct. To be honest that is very competitive to what I was paying, I would think people with less income would be paying less. There are some real good features about the ACA but the right is going to focus on the negative. Boo hoo, take your ball and go home
You have to realize, they don't care whether the ACA is good or bad. They care about their cult. Talking about the real world in terms of whether the ACA will be good or bad for the country is meaningless. You just got to learn how to toy with them like they are play toys. Because if you actually think you'll convince them that they have no clue what they are talking about, it is impossible. Not a single conservative in the history of this forum has changed their mind on a cult stance. It's their religion. The ACA isn't about healthcare to them, it's about politics, and all because their wealthy masters tell them it's bad. It's hilarious to watch grown adults who can't think for themselves.
And by the way, I'm not making a stance that the ACA is good or bad simply because the macro data of such a large scale program takes years to come to fruition. Especially since the penalty for the first couple years is so menial. The truth will come out in the statistics, it definitely won't come out with who Gas Man "talks to". They are morons, probably some of the dumbest people I've come across. Which makes this forum so much fun.
