Yes but the owner of the debt can continue to try and collect by calling you.

Punter sounds like he knows from experience also.

:ohno:

When people file bankruptcy, someone else always gets screwed.

I personally got screwed over every time the many prosper.com
borrowers got their loan monies, and then immediately declared
bankruptcy. That is just one example.

So basically you are saying you are going to steal from the people
you bought goods/services from.

I would encourage you to rethink this despicable behavior.

Be a part of the solution to the problems in this country, and
not a part of the problem.

Have some personal honor, character and integrity.

He is not going to "steal" from the people he bought goods and services from. Those merchants got paid by the credit card companies (for a fee, of course). It is the credit card companies that are out the money.

Maybe the credit card companies should take some responsibility for giving credit to someone who didn't deserve it. If I loaned money to a crackhead, wouldn't it be my fault if the crackhead didn't pay me back?

I have some experience but my wife was a bankruptcy attorney until the Republicans took the CC bankers bribes and gutted the statutes.

Somehow I think that Creeg was far from a crackhead when
he used that credit-card.

I too thought the same thing but mine was blowing off my student loans...

many moons ago but anyway it's a very bad move. I've recently worked for some of the biggest companies in the mortgage business and see how it affects things. You will pay MORE, LOTS MORE, for any credit that you may get. Anytime you apply for anything you go onto the "shitlist" and creditors laugh at you. Sure you get loans. maybe. But the intersest rate is as bad as what the mafia would give you. I had shit credit in my 20's, now my scores are great. I protect my credit rating like it's my life, in many ways it is.
What it comes down to is very simple. You have low scores you pay high rates. High scores, low rates.

You may get away so to speak with THAT credit card. But the reality the "payback" is a bitch. They always win. :money8:

I think thier motto must be "pay me now, or pay me later, but your gonna pay me"

Frank looked at my credit card statements and 2007 tax return in June and told me everything was fine.

I cant figure out how I got so fucked.

Why is that homo always unshaven, sloppily dressed and with a gay little smile on his face.

I'd love to pound lumps on that guy.

He looks like a guy who sits in a van and beats off to little boys walking home from school

If everyone does what I do, we can bring those bastards to their knees.

Hell Zit it is their fault. They just took bankruptcy away from the little guy. They certainly didnt do anything to make it harder for the big guys.

The congress voted for it as soon as the GOP got control of congress but Clinton did a pocket veto. They did it again after Bush got in and Bingo.

For as long as I can remember the GOP fucks over the small man.

Not too many politicians can get away with having a gay-prostitute
ring run out of their house.

Posts: 337 ............This Sir is a helluva thread:toast:
....20 years ago when I was 25 years old I got my first CC..Capital One gave me 500 bucks..i was broke when I got it..I maxed it out in 3-4 days buying weed..food and gambling what cash I got in advances..Never intending to pay them a dime back....

Few years later every time I applied for anything they would laugh me off and say--You serious delinquency boy..you no good..no credito for you..

The only one who would give me credit was the local bookie..and because I was broke I once pressure washed and painted his house..Washed and waxed his cars and cleaned the AC unit in his daughter`s bedroom ( I stole a panty too..she was hot) after a seies of losing bets..

20 years later and more the wiser..I have spent the last 10 years building my credit..My most proud moment of all was when Capital One again gave me a card..and a couple years ago..a second one.. got em all..you name it..I got a sickness with checking my credit report daily and having all the avail big CC co`s cards and Dept stores..Just dont use em much or keep em low..I am proud of my fucken credit..

If I did not have the money to pay them the question is?..Dont take no fucken food off your plate or work 3 jobs..thats a bunch of bull shit..I am sorry man..Ya gotta file bankruptcy and start all over again in 7 years..It is not legal in the US to keep it on your recore for more than 7 years..

Any call you to bother you..tell em you are filing bankruptcy and not to call again..

They keep calling you?..ask that fucker on the phone how much he makes an hour..Why he ask..Oh because thats what it takes for you to bust my balls..Tell that fucker on the phone to get a real job..tell em to go fuck themselves..
