man...I sure hope that is just false rumors & accusations...I never imagined that could be it. Because even when he was bashed in his baseball play threads...he would still post in the main forum and in the sports forums...even when was not posting his plays...
I enjoyed talking sports with him...and he was always around during baseball for good discussions. I hope those accusations are false.
"teddy kgb" is his name......i don't believe you never heard of teddy? I'm not saying he is homedawg, I'm saying he seems to be the only one that knows about the situation and is actually talking about it. I think there are other people involved but mostly everyone else is handling things off of the forums (which I respect)
again, I like HD and he has helped me out with a bunch of things in the past. And I'm not gonna say what I think is going on while it is still all "rumors"...
BUT, imo, there is nothing worse than a stiff. forums like this are a breeding ground for them and it is sad that a log of great people turn into stiffs when they start getting into tough financial situations. You always have to picture yourself on the end getting stiffed to realize how wrong this is. (It is always easy to justify stiffing when you are on the stiff end)

i disagree...There are more decent & upstanding posters on this forum. The RX is operated by standup men...that warn everyone about getting involved w/other posters...they do not cultivate that kind of environment that you speak of...no 'breeding ground for stiffs' here...IMO...
I have done things for others on this forum that no one ever talks about. Because I asked them not to. So I am going to choose to believe that Homedawg is not a stiff.
I will say this...someone at that fledgling startup site that 'Dawg posted at is a slimeball. I think he may have posted in this thread. That person gives away others info for a silver dollar...

What I meant was gambling is an industry that leads many people to be temped to run out on their debts. And this is the biggest forum so this is where you will find a lot of these "stiffs"
I think you'll find much more stiffs here than a computer tech webboard or an acne webboard or a motherhood webboard.....it is the nature of the business we are in and this is the biggest pitstop.
I do agree with you that there are many great posters here. I have met a few and I have seen many good deeds done by others (i.e. CR childrens charity donatins setup by Wil and VD and others)....And there are a lot of stuff done off the boards (good and bad)....and personally, I think off the boards is the way to go.....we want to talk sports, not so much want a soap opera (well, some do).
Thanks for being a huge contributor to the site Tony....your faith in people/posters is great and many i'm sure are appreciative!
