Book should pay if for nothing else, good faith.
I'd pull any and all money out of SIA if that was me.

No you wouldn't ... you'd realize that you bet a bad line that was cancelled ... you hoped that the relatively small bet size of $110 would allow the bet to go through without being cancelled, but it didn't work out ... then you would remember why you bet at SIA in the first place - because of all the times that they have the best line out of any of your sportsbooks that you use ... then you would decide to keep on playing there, realizing that if you bet a bad line in the future, you run the risk of having it cancelled, even if it's for the relatively small amount of $110.

I wouldn't? I have pulled out of books for lesser transgressions.
It's apparant you don't know me very well.
How dare you.
My primary book is 5Dimes, in the years I have used them I have never encountered a 'bad line'.
If a book hangs a wrong number, who's fault is that?
Before a book hangs a number for the public to wager on, the book should have a checks and balances procedure in place to prevent such a thing to happen.

Nerve of you to question my integrity.

Agree 100%. Dumping SIA for something like this is cutting off your nose to spite your face. The only way you should ever leave SIA is to get kicked out. Sucks to get a play like that cancelled, but that's a tiny hit considering what you get in return.

I basically think the bet should have been paid at adjusted odds.

Bill must have known this line was off, he's no newbie.

One runs this risk betting a semi-bad line at a book like SIA.

Haha .. .whatever you say.

It's apparent you don't play at SIA, or like money all that much. Otherwise, you would understand what I was saying, what 'onemwtheone' is saying, and (for that matter) what the original poster is saying ... basically, that SIA is too valuable an out to vacate simply because they cancelled a bad line that never should have been bet anyway.

Well, my personal experience with SIA is a bit dated, being I got the heave some time ago (two years now?). And from what I've read SIA has tightened things up somewhat (I think Ice mentioned words to that effect). But from my experience there was no better place to find soft lines. I did nothing more than bounce the posted lines at pinnacle against various books and did really well. I found about 2/3 of my action came from SIA, and made out really well. Their stale lines seemed to hang up there forever. Felt like stealing - there was no other book like SIA out there.

Alas, those days are gone (at least for me). Yeah, they're a low rated book, but I never had a problem, and got paid fast, always.
